TERMS

  • 50% Non-refundable deposit of total fee and signed contract are required to confirm date.

  • 3% Charge when paying with credit card.

  • Balance  is due 60 days prior to the event or date is cancelled (30 days for corporate clients)

Monday-Thursday Half Day (5 Hours) $ 2,500

Monday-Thursday Full Day (12 Hours) $ 3,750

Friday Full-Day 12pm-12am $ 5,000

Saturday Full-Day 12pm-12am $ 6,000

Sunday Full-Day 12pm-12am $ 5,500

 ** Rental times include event setup, the arrival through departure of guests & breakdown.

Special set-up arrangements available upon request. All events must end by 12AM.
